From Emmanuel Resurrection Congressional Integrated High School, Group 2 of STEM 12-3 came together with a shared goal, which is to help each and every one with their mental state. We aim to encourage everyone about their self-awareness and care for mental well-being among students. Before focusing on academics and future plans, understanding your inner state matters first.
To support this process, we introduce MaybeForYou, a website that could help you pause and reflect in your current wellness level, it uses a simple assessment tool to help you recognize stress, emotions, or even personal needs. Our purpose is to help you become more focused on awareness, this step would help you understand yourself better and remind you to seek support when it feels necessary.
